Visit Requirement: A client’s visit will be the basis for a deal.

Visit Validity: A client’s initial visit remains valid for 30 days from the date of the first visit.

Early Payment Discount: Clients receive a 1% discount on the total deal value if 100% payment is made within 10 days of booking.

PLC on Special Units: A 5% premium location charge (PLC) applies to corner and park-facing units.

Client Visit Validation: Only visits by the client or immediate family members are valid; visits by other relatives or friends are not considered.

Claim Validity for Associates: Associates can claim a client for up to 30 days post-visit, provided they have proof of follow-up and the initial visit.

Client Photos for Validation: Associates must post a photo of the client or new joinee in the Shreeram Group office or site for validation. Photos taken elsewhere are not valid for claims.

Direct Site Visits: If a client reaches the site directly via online information, the associate with the valid follow-up will be given priority.

Project Location: Sharing the project location with clients is discouraged by the company.

Plot Holding: Plot holding is valid for 7 days. The associate/leader must submit the client’s PAN, Aadhaar, photograph, and a provisional booking form. Units held without an initial cash or cheque payment will not be considered.

Plot Availability: The company reserves the right to release a plot after 7 days if a booking is not finalized.

Booking Requirement: Bookings require a minimum of 10% of the total deal value.

Brokerage and Benefits: Brokerage slabs and benefits apply to regular associates. If an associate acts against the company’s interests or engages in external work, the company may adjust the slab and suspend benefits.
